No. Everything we draft waits for your approval first. Once you trust a module, you can let it run on Autopilot and switch back whenever you like.
Where do my leads go?
Straight to your phone and email. Most agents aren’t sitting on the website — you’re with clients — so notifications are built around that reality.
Is the Growth Guide a popup?
No. It’s a gold corner button that opens a panel only when you tap it (or if a link includes ?guide=1). We don’t auto-open surprise popups.
Is Site Chat included in my plan?
No. Site Chat is a standalone add-on at $79/mo plus $99 setup. Growth Guide remains free on every plan.
Can I keep my current website host?
Yes. Conversion Only gives you the new look on your host for a one-time price. Site Watch can monitor it monthly if you want.
Is there a contract?
Full-service care tiers have a 3-month minimum, then month-to-month. Marketing extras can be changed or cancelled any month.
Will my price go up?
No. Your monthly rate stays the same for as long as you stay with us (price lock). Founding Clients lock for life while subscribed.
Do I have to be in Dallas–Fort Worth?
We’re based in DFW and focus on Texas agents and teams, but the work is done online.
